The Loft CENTRO I right in the historic centre of Seville, situated in a pedestrianised street and in an unbeatable area, a few metres from the cathedral, town hall and church of Salvador.

The Loft CENTRO I is located on the first floor (with no lift) of a beautiful building from the beginning of the twentieth century in the Victorian English style, of ochre brick, superior freize in cornice form and large windows contrasting with the ochre; the Sevillian touch is achieved by forging.  Completely renovated and modernized in 2008, it maintains all of its original charm and its architecture with its high ceilings, as well as an impeccable and elegant style of decoration.

The Loft CENTRO I has an ample living-dining room with three balconies over the street with typical Sevillian ironwork, a comfortable sofa, armchair, central table, furniture with TV LCD incorporated, dining table and chairs.  In this same room we find the kitchen integrated into the furniture equipped with an electric hob, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, cafetière and all kitchen utensils.  Double bedroom in the living room with two single beds and large wardrobes.  In the mezzanine of the living-dining room there is a second bedroom with two single beds.  Fully equipped bathroom with two sinks, large shower fitting with hydromassage column and lavatory.  In the entrance hall of the building there is a small room with a washing machine and tumble dryer available for use by customers.
