The Artes apartments are located in a traditional Sevillian house from the end of the nineteenth century. In the centre of this house there is a typical Sevillian patio, preserved in perfect condition and with Triana style designs and patterns. The dresser, antiques and original paintings from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries and the Andalusian religious carvings represent the splendor of Seville baroque.  The traditional Andalusian architecture is transformed into light and colourin the Artes apartments, the red and albero (typical Andalusian golden sand colour) flooding the garden patios and terraces with colour in this Sevillian house.  Three patios and two magnificent terraces, one with solarium; as with all of the apartments, this fills each one with light and colour, decorated with antiques and paintings of sevillian themes.

The Artes III apartment is situated on the second floor of the house and its main attraction is its luminosity and welcoming atmoshpere.  It disposes of an ample and homely living-dining room with chimney, sofa and two armchairs, furniture with built-in TV LCD and ample open plan kitchen which opens out onto the fully equipped living-dining room; from the living room you can also access a totally private terrace.  The apartment disposes of a bedroom with two single beds and large windows looking onto the interior patio of the house, and another bedroom with two single beds, large wardrobes and fully equipped bathroom with large shower.

All of the apartments have free internet access and the windows have triple glazing to ensure your relaxation.

Finally, on the top floor of the house, all customers, at no extra charge, have access to a stunning and ample solarium terrace with tables, chairs, hammocks and showers, where you can have an aperitif or simply relax and sunbathe.
