The Artes apartments are located in a traditional Sevillian house from the end of the nineteenth century. In the centre of this house there is a typical Sevillian patio, preserved in perfect condition and with Triana style designs and patterns. The dresser, antiques and original paintings from the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries and the Andalusian religious carvings represent the splendor of Seville baroque. The traditional Andalusian architecture is transformed into light and colourin the Artes apartments, the red and albero (typical Andalusian golden sand colour) flooding the garden patios and terraces with colour in this Sevillian house. Three patios and two magnificent terraces, one with solarium; as with all of the apartments, this fills each one with light and colour, decorated with antiques and paintings of sevillian themes.
The Artes I apartment is located on the ground floor of the house; it disposes of a living-dining room with sofa, furnitire with built-in TV and a fully equipped open plan kitchen and small private patio where yuo can have a breakfast or an aperitif. Main bedroom with two single beds and with dressing room and wardrobes; a second bedroom with two single beds and wardrobes; and lastly, a fully equipped bathroom with shower.
All of the apartments have free internet access and the windows have triple glazing to ensure your relaxation.
Finally, on the top floor of the house, all customers, at no extra charge, have access to a stunning and ample solarium terrace with tables, chairs, hammocks and showers, where you can have an aperitif or simply relax and sunbathe.
