Fantastic duplex apartment in the historic center, next to the famous "Alameda de Hercules." The duplex apartment is located on the first floor of a two storey building (no lift). On the ground floor and the entrance to the duplex apartment there is a large master bedroom with two single beds and large closets, opposite the second bedroom with twin beds and wardrobes, also on this floor are a bathroom with shower. The top floor duplex apartment we have a bright and spacious living room with sofa-bed, dining table and chairs, and furniture LCD TV with international satellite connection. The kitchen is open to the dining room and fully equipped with washing machine, refrigerator, stove and all cooking utensils. From the dining room takes you to the fantastic private terrace with table and chairs where you can enjoy a wonderful evening.
