Penthouse apartment in Seville with very bright and welcoming terrace in the heart of Seville's historic center. Housed in a style totally renovated and refurbished in the famous Barrio del Arenal, near the Plaza de Toros de la Maestranza . The penthouse is in a third floor and consists of a single area where we found a bedroom with double bed and fitted wardrobes, living room with a comfortable sofa, dining table and chairs, cabinet with TV and CD stereo. The kitchen is open to the living-somedor and is equipped with electric hobs, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and all utensils. Separate bathroom with toilet and bath. Arenal II study The attic also has a wonderful and relaxing private terrace of 25m ² with views of the Giralda and Cathedral, and allows to enjoy a meal, breakfast or dinner outdoors.
Finally, note that there are more apartments (Arenal I) in the same building, so it is an option to accommodate groups or large families.
