The Loft duplex Sevilla SAN MARTIN I is on the ground floor of a beautiful manor house of the seventeenth century Seville in the district of San Martin. The house has a central courtyard, marble staircase and coffered ceilings that have kept the building after rehabilitation.
The Loft duplex Sevilla comprises living room with large windows, sofa for 2 people, coffee table, cabinet with TV, dining table and chairs, double bed in the upper (NOTE: To access the bed must climb a steep little wooden staircase, see pictures). Equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge, microwave, toaster and all utensils. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and WC plate.
In short, is a small but charming studio very functional, quiet and fully equipped, ideal for one or two people who enjoy the charm of Seville.
