Experience a unique stay in Seville... get away in a beautiful nineteenth century house in the middle of the historical centre.  It is recently reformed - in 2008.  Casa Catalina preserves many of its original architectural characteristics, it is elegant and impeccable in terms of its condition and decoration.  It really is a stunning house where you are guaranteed to enjoy your stay in Seville.  The house possesses 3 floors as well as a fantastic private terrace on the upper floor, with breathtaking views.

Ground floor: Living-dining room with wooden-beamed ceilings and orginal Roman pillar in the entrance.  It disposes of a comfortable sofa, armchair, furniture with built-in TV, dining table and chairs.  The American kitchen is open to the salon and is fully equipped with all the utensils necessary in a kitchen. 

First floor: We find a double bedroom with bounteous natural light and two balconies with views of the church of Santa Catalina; it has two single beds and built-in wardrobes for luggage and belongings.  On this floor we also find a bathroom equipped with sink, cabinet and shower.

Second floor: Another double bedroom with copious natural light and 2 balconies with views of the church of Santa Catalina; double bed, built-in wardrobes, as well as a nest bed with two beds ideal for two children.

Third floor: We find the private terrace for sunbathing or relaxing, with magnificent views of the precious church of Santa Catalina from the fourteenth century.  It disposes of a parasol, table and chairs, as well as nocturnal lighting.

In short, this house is ideal for families or groups wishing to visit the city and sightsee, since all of Seville´s main monuments can be found just a few minutes away on foot.

Please note: The bedrooms do not have doors separating them, except in the case of the bathroom, since the whole house is divided by the spiral staircase.
