The apartment is to be found in a recently restored and reformed (2008) beautiful Sevillian house, situated in the historic centre of the city in the famous neighbourhood of Alfalfa.  The apartment is luminous and very peaceful, as the building is found in a street with next to no traffic.  It possesses an attractive living-dining room with exterior balcony, a sofa-bed for two people and a modern kitchen which is open to the living-dining room and fully equipped with electric hob, washing machine, fridge, microwave, cafetière and toaster (and all the necessary kitchen utensils).  The double bedroom has an exterior balcony and a double bed and wardrobes.  Finally, there is a modern bathroom equipped with sink and a large shower.  Please note that the apartment also disposes of a shared solarium terrace on the top floor of the building, perfect for sunbathing or relaxing, available for all customers at no extra charge.
