The SAN MARTIN I duplex loft is situated on the ground floor of a stunning Sevillian stately home from the seventeenth century in the San Martín neighbourhood.  The house possesses a central patio and marble staircases crafted with wood that has been maintained since the renovation of the building.

The duplex loft is composed of a living-dining room with a large window, a sofa for two people, a central table, furniture with TV incorporated, dining table and chairs, and a double bed in the upper area (PLEASE NOTE: you need to climb some small, steep stairs to get to the double bed, see photographs).  Separate kitchen equipped with electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble-dryer, fridge, microwave, cafetière, toaster and all kitchen utensils.  Small bathroom equipped with sink, shower and lavatory.  In short, it is a small, yet charming and very practical studio apartment.  It is peaceful and fully equipped, ideal for one or two people wishing to experience the enchantment of Seville.
