Apartment has one bedroom which sleeps 2/4 people, in a beautiful, modern, twentieth century house, recently restored and renovated in 2006.  It is situated in the historic centre of the city, in the famous Macarena neighbourhood.  The apartment is very luminous and peaceful, since the building is on the corner of two extremely quiet streets where next to no traffic passes.  The flat has an ample living-dining room with sofa-bed or foldable beds, armchair, TV with DVD player, dining table and chairs.  The bedroom has two single beds and built-in wardrobes.  There is an ensuite bathroom with shower and sink.  Separate kitchen equipped with electric hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, cafetiére, toastie-maker, toaster and microwave (and all the necessary kitchen utensils).  The building also disposes of a magnificent solarium communal terrace on the top floor, where one can relax and sunbathe, available for the use of all of the customers at no extra charge.
